Agreement
These terms apply to your use of the YourTools website and its tools (“the service”), run by YourTools (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
YourTools offers free online tools, workflows, AI recommendations and online lookups. Most tools run in your browser, so what they can handle depends on your device and browser. We may add, change, limit or remove tools and features at any time, including daily limits on AI recommendations and rate limits on lookups, and we may show advertising in the future. The service may be unavailable at times, for example during maintenance.
Your files and content
Your files are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to us. You keep all rights to them and to what you make with the tools. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you process, and for checking results before you rely on them: converting, compressing and editing can lose quality, data or formatting, so keep your originals.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- break the law or infringe anyone’s rights;
- probe, scan or send requests to systems you do not own or have permission to test, or to attack, overload or harass any site or person. This applies in particular to the HTTP request, port check and other online lookup tools;
- get around daily limits, rate limits or other restrictions, or send automated requests beyond normal personal use;
- interfere with the site’s security or operation, or try to reach data or areas you are not allowed to;
- submit content to the AI features that is unlawful or meant to produce unlawful content.
We may block access or delete accounts that break these rules.
AI features
Recommendations and workflow plans are generated automatically and may be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them; nothing runs until you start it. The text you type is sent to our AI model provider as described in the Privacy Policy, so do not include confidential or personal information.
Accounts
You may create an account with an email address you are entitled to use. Keep your password safe: the site sends no emails, so it cannot reset a forgotten password. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time under Personal space.
Other websites
Search results and AI recommendations may point to tools on other websites. We do not run or control those sites and are not responsible for them; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Our content
The site’s design, text, logo and code belong to us or our licensors. Open-source components are used under their own licenses. You are welcome to link to any page of the site.
No warranty
The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it is accurate, fit for a particular purpose or always available, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including results produced by the tools, AI suggestions and other websites. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version applies from the effective date shown on this page, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
