About this tool
Combine several PDF files into one document, for example to keep a contract and its appendices together, collect monthly invoices in a single file, or hand in several documents where a form accepts only one upload.
Add 2 to 20 PDFs, put them in the order you want, and their pages are copied unchanged into “merged.pdf”. Each file can be up to 25 MB, with at most 50 MB and 100 pages in total. Merging runs in your browser, so the files are not uploaded.
How to use it
- Choose 2 to 20 PDF files, or drop them on the page. You can add more files later.
- Use the up and down arrows in the file list to set the order; files are merged from top to bottom. The total page count appears once the files are read, and there is nothing else to set.
- Select Run to merge the files.
- Preview the first page of “merged.pdf”, then download it.

Common questions
How do I change the order of the files?
Files are merged from top to bottom in the list, which starts in the order you added them. Use the up and down arrows next to a file to move it, or remove the files you do not need.
Why is my PDF refused?
Encrypted or password-protected PDFs cannot be merged, so remove the protection first. PDFs that rely on document-level features, such as fillable forms, digital signatures, attachments or accessibility tags, are refused too, because copying their pages would break them. The reason is shown as soon as you add the file.
Are page sizes and bookmarks kept?
Every page keeps its content, size and orientation. Bookmarks (the outline) of the original files are not carried over to the merged PDF.
How many files and pages can I merge?
2 to 20 PDFs at a time, each up to 25 MB and 50 MB together, with at most 100 pages in total.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The PDFs are merged in your browser and stay on your device until you close or clear the page.
