About this tool
Add a text watermark, such as your name, your shop name or “For ID verification only”, to photos before you post or send them, so it is clear where they come from and what they are for. The same line of text is drawn on every image in the batch.
Put the text in a corner, in the centre, or tiled diagonally across the whole image, and set its size, opacity and colour. Up to 20 JPG, PNG or WebP images (8 MB each) are processed in your browser and never uploaded; the text uses a font already on your device.
How to use it
- Choose up to 20 JPG, PNG or WebP images, or drop them on the page.
- Type the “Watermark text” (up to 100 characters) and pick a “Position”, or “Tiled across the image” to cover the whole picture.
- Set the “Text size” as a percentage of the shorter side, the “Opacity” and the “Color”.
- Select Run.
- Preview the watermarked images, then download them one by one or all together as a ZIP.

Common questions
Why does the watermark look different on another computer?
The text is drawn with the default sans-serif system font, and no web font is downloaded. The typeface, including how Chinese characters look, depends on the device and browser that run the tool.
Why is long watermark text cut off?
The watermark is a single line and is never wrapped, so text wider than the image runs past the right edge. Shorten the text or lower the “Text size”.
Will the watermark show on both light and dark photos?
Each colour has a faint contrasting outline: white text gets a dark one, and black or gray text a light one, which helps on busy backgrounds. Raise the “Opacity” to make it stand out more.
Which formats are supported, and does quality change?
JPG, PNG and WebP, and each result keeps its format. PNG stays lossless and keeps transparency, while JPG and WebP are saved again at quality 0.92; EXIF details such as location are not kept.
Can I use a logo image as the watermark?
No. This tool adds text only, one line of up to 100 characters.
